This is beautiful. Water is a great metaphor for transformation. As the tide goes out, some debris, stones and sea creatures go with it yet others stay behind and get washed up on the shore. As soon as things seem calm, the tide comes back in and things get buried under water. Some stay and some leave with the next cycle. The bird high above sees what we can't see from the ground.
